Ginger Salmon Stir Fry on a Budget.

I love asian food but we don't go out to eat very often.  Thus, I revert to making my own asian food at  home.  Many of the recipes call for an immense amount of special ingredients that aren't very common.
The other day I made a delicious Ginger Salmon Stir Fry with minimal ingredients that I want to share.

Ingredients.
1 Fillet Salmon.
2 T Ginger finely sliced.
1 Head of Bok Choy chopped.
3 Carrots sliced.
3 T Soy Sauce.
1 T Hoisin Sauce.
Sesame (or olive) oil.
3 C cooked rice.
Toasted Sesame seeds.  (opt)

Step 1:  Combine 1 T sliced ginger, 3 T soy sauce, 1 T hoisin sauce, and 2 t sesame oil.
Step 2:  Add salmon fillet and cook on VERY LOW heat until fully cooked.

Step 3:  Oil separate frying pan and add remaining sliced ginger and carrots.  Cook for about 2 min.
Step 4:  Add bok choy and cook until only slightly crunchy.

Step 5:  Top vegetable mix with rice, salmon (The sauce the salmon cooked in, is delicious as well!), and sesame seeds.
Step 6:  Enjoy!
